Following installation of the app the user is requested to enter profile details (First &Surname Name; Business Name; mobile number; email). Main screen shows these options: Request Site Visit; Call EBCS; My Details; About EBCS.
Request Site Visit: This prompts for the following information to be added: Site Name; Road name; Town; Postcode; Inspection type (dropdown of options); Date of inspection; Time preferred; Are you at site (Y/N); Reference Number (if known); Further Info.
Next, two options – ‘Request Site Inspection’ or ‘Back’. If request site inspection is selected then email is sent to EBCS with information collected and also a GPS link to the current location of the app user. Other features: Call EBCS – this calls a EBCS by phone. My details – this allows profile to be updated.
